Opening a new stage in a top tourist destination

Casa Batlló is a building designed by the architect Antoni Gaudí, the highest representative of Catalan modernism. It is one of the most visited monuments in Spain and a World Heritage Site since 2005. The main asian visitors of Casa Batlló are Chinese.


They asked us for help to optimize and manage their digital channels for the Chinese market. We shaped their digital communication with their Chinese environment via Chinese digital marketing strategies.


For this project we designed a WeChat and Weibo marketing strategies from scratch, among other actions of Chinese digital marketing.

Understanding social media in China

No Facebook. No Twitter. No YouTube. Listing the companies that don’t have access to China’s social media space underscores just how different it is from those of many Western markets. Understanding that space is vitally important for anyone trying to engage Chinese consumers.
